It has been several months since I started Simplistic Thoughts and I am really enjoying writing (hopefully you are enjoying reading as well). It has been both fun and helpful for me to share my thoughts and ideas and get feedback. I really love the theme I am currently using, but it has it’s limits. Since there there are too many things I would like to change to make the blog better for my readers, I will will be searching for a new theme.

I will be searching for something that with slightly larger text and easier to read side menus. If possible I would like to stay with something where I can insert pictures into the title as with the current theme. Please let me know if you have any recommendations.

WordPress 2.6 recently came out and I decided to install it last night using simple scripts. For some reason there was an error and I was unable to install. I tried several times, and eventually realized it wasn’t gonna work. Luckily, Bluehost has great chat support and they were able to fix the problem for me. Not only did they do the installation and fix the problem (which included deleting about 10 large backup files over 7gb each), but also apologized for the length of time it was taking and kept me informed of the progress the whole time. Great service usually doesn’t come with a cheap price so i am quite impressed. At this point hopefully there are no more problems.
