On my two and a half hour round trip on the Tokyo subway each day, I have a lot of time to listen to audio books and podcasts. After watching an amazing presentation by Garr Reynolds (Presentation Zen), I was turned on to TED. It now fills up a lot of my time on the train.
Today I watched an interesting presentation by Jenine Benyus titled Sustainable Design. It is all about how to use the materials and technology that organisms have developed over billions of years. Using this idea, we can create better products that don’t destroy the environment. See the video below.

They say that every journey begins with the first step. I am using this blog to track my progress as I work to improve as a person and a professional.
