It was a little cooler here in Tokyo though it was supposed to rain in the evening about the time I usually arrive home. Instead of rain I came home to this. A perfect end to a great day.

I just watched this amazing video on you tube put out by the BBC on the linked method. A way to link various items, thoughts, or objects to remember them. They say that this allows your brain to create multiple pathways to each memory allowing you to remember better.

What I was amazed at is as I watched along, I was actually able to memorize the words in the video. I was quite surprised. Definitely worth a look.
