I can across a cool article today (by use of stumble upon) that gives a kind of insider view of the courts decision in favor of Viacom against Google. The website is a bit torrent distributor and apparently went through a similar lawsuit themselves. You can find the article on isohunt here.

a perfect match

Now there is good deal. Buy just about any Mac and get a free itouch or ipod nano. I believe they are doing this since they have the new 3g iphones coming in, but still a good deal anyways.

I got the macbook for Eri as a birthday present and the itouch for myself. We are still both learning how to use them, but it seems perfect from my side. I really wanted something to access the internet and also to use as a schedule planner. It even has apps for studying Japanese and Kanji. And you can’t complain about free. I believe it may be limited to students or people working in academia. You can find the offer here: http://www.apple.com/backtoschool/.
